The Seness Caregiver app allows companies using NucleusCare services to better interact with their home care patients. Currently, the app can:
* See which patients are requesting calls and connect those calls.
* List patients and call them.
* Log any call notes.
A NucleusCare account is required to use the app. If you don't have an account, ask your company administrator.
